Default Ranger/Warrior build help

Hi, was wondering if anyone out there could tell me whats a good build for a warrior/ranger for pve. Where i should put my skill points and whats better swords axes or hammers to master in? If theres anyone out there with these two profs i would appreciate some advice. Thanks

sorry my mistake the title should be WARRIOR/RANGER BUILD HELP not the other way round as i have put. sorry guys
